Tamsulosin er 0.4 mg capsule extended release 24 hr /day, to treat post-chemotherapy drowsiness and sleepiness in patients after chemotherapy. Dosage
In the treatment study, dose of dulsulosin at week 1 was 0.2 mg/day and increased in daily dosing increments after 3 weeks to 1.0 mg/day. The daily dose of dulsulosin at week 7 was 1.0 mg/day.
The dosages were individually adjusted by the authors of study according to the patient's symptoms and response.
